FAQ

Resolve the last specific uncertainties that prevent an informed decision.

Your decision
Start with the questions that could change the purchase decision. Move essential disclosures out of the FAQ and into the offer itself.

When to use it

Use for real recurring questions about fit, delivery, billing, licensing, setup, and limitations.

When to skip it

Do not bury the main price or a material limitation here. Avoid made-up objections designed only to repeat benefits. Never hide necessary information inside a closed accordion.

Choose a structure

  1. Buying questions first: fit → contents → access → billing → cancellation.
  2. Workflow questions first: inputs → setup → outputs → limits. Good for unfamiliar tools.
  3. Grouped questions: use only when there are enough real questions to justify separate groups.

Copy formula

Q: [Question in the buyer's words]?
A: [Direct answer in the first sentence]. [Relevant condition]. [Next step or source if needed].

Worked example

Q: Are the three free recipes also in Pro? A: Yes. Pro starts with 12 total recipes: the same three free recipes plus nine additional sections. Q: Do I need Notion? A: No. The downloadable library opens in a browser; Notion is an optional free sample format. Q: Will this increase conversions? A: That is not guaranteed. These are structure and copy decisions to test with your own audience.

Prompt for your AI assistant

Replace the input with your product facts. Use your preferred AI assistant; no AI account is included.

Write up to seven FAQs using only this offer and these actual buyer questions. Put the direct answer first, use no more than three sentences per answer, and flag unanswered policy questions instead of inventing rules. Cover fit, contents, delivery, cancellation, and limitations when facts exist. Move any material disclosure that belongs beside the price into a separate note. Inputs: [offer, policies, questions].

Check the draft

Answer each question without a sales adjective. If the policy is unknown, resolve it with the owner before publication.

What to measure

Unanswered-question count and support contacts by topic. Opening an accordion does not prove the answer worked.
